South Middle River
One of the largest and most diverse neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, South Middle River neighbors Wilton Manors and is north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. An active neighborhood association works hard to keep the area clean, safe, and affordable. In recent years, affordable home prices and new development has caused an influx of new residents. Made up of mostly single-family homes and comfortable apartments, now is an ideal time to snag some real estate because home prices are rising. South Middle River is a great choice if you are looking to purchase investment real estate, but also live in a vibrant, safe community.
